From Alentejo
to our table.
We are Francisco and Anna, and we look forward to welcoming you to Centro Lusitano Zurich.
Born and raised in Alentejo, Francisco brings extensive experience in hospitality, from table service to the kitchen. His journey has taken him through traditional Portuguese restaurants, Japanese restaurants and live music bars, and on to creating distinctive venues from the ground up.
In the kitchen, Francisco draws on his experience preparing traditional Portuguese dishes, including leitão à Bairrada (Bairrada-style roast suckling pig), frango à Guia (Guia-style grilled chicken), bifanas de Vendas Novas (pork sandwiches) and many more.
Anna also brings her experience in cooking and creating bespoke cakes. Homemade desserts and home-baked bread are part of her craft and the care she brings to our table.
Today, we bring that experience together with a love of good food and a warm welcome. Here at Centro Lusitano Zurich, we give our best to every dish and every moment shared with our guests and friends.
